Blade Runner Redux, Kierkegaard's Living Shame.

Living forever in Blade Runner's 2045-years of nonsensicality is never going to be meaningfully redeeming so figure out what it is about SOREN KIERKEGAARD's little book on despair that you cannot understand he's hilarious and not overly pessimistic at all.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

"I make memories." No, you do not make fuckin' memories. You did not impress your tech-overlords either. In fact, most of them wondered if you used a camera to make the 'film' as it was mostly dark and it wasn't easy to see alot of the action on-screen. That being said, the weight of the poetic nature of having his daughter be the memory-maker did leave alot of nostalgia. It wasn't clear throughout though whether or not Harrison understood he was in a movie. Many indications that could be read off Gosling did paint that picture because he was either pretty hard on his role or almost smirking he under-did it for the old man. So, yeah, most of the action here isn't on the screen.

It's so bleak in this movie. It's just so bleak. The easter-eggs, though, I got the point of alot of them, but mostly I wondered on the technology side "how far out is alot of this stuff?, 'cause I'm getting the impression the mythology is pretty all-encompassing with most of it." Also, where is the life in this movie? 'Off-world' is where it is I guess, where there's people doing regular stuff. Or is it that shitty AI-generated book for tech-geeks called Artemis, a colony for living not on earth(that's the point of the future) out there on the moon? I get the black children's slave-driver, can't bring him in, his 'game is fair' and that's the metric. Because The 'Law' isn't the thing, buddy: if you think your protection comes from legal documents you'd be wrong. Harrison got the role on that, you know, just senselessly pummel each-other down to respect. It's the natural-order implicit in every living thing needs to get flushed out. And, then, bein' that there's no law, it's routine application of pointless violence(just stare while your hand is sliced to pieces by a genetic-mutant) by the friends(that would be the POLICE) of the single tech-guy left with no power to do anything unless he gets 'off-world' where there's seriously no laws(and 'authorities' here instead of 'laws' would be sickening because it panders to people's lack of intelligence on blunt-forcing truism into tech-people's naive complacent regard for science, as if giving them an equal station in your brain is worth 2-fuckin' cents).

Back on earth, Gosling got his ascension papers off Harrison here he's the coolest guy now he just needed to take those blows off Harrison to prove he was strong as he is not...which reminds me: It's interesting the connoisseur-claims in these tech-hives(and Ford-COPPOLA/LUCAS-SKYranch are experts of this domain with Star Wars and Apocalyse Now!): i.e., who would think Frank Sinatra, in this day and age, would really be indicative of KNOWING LAS VEGAS, it's so long ago and he WAS SO FAMOUS YOU'D BE HARD-PRESSED TO THINK anybody DOESN'T KNOW HIM; and, yet, he's kind of the cool thing being shown to you about this stuff. And that does say alot, like Charlie Parker really for white folks never didn't think black-people were their best friends in the '60s, about how totally historyless the current gens are and also how devoid of apathy Harrison Ford must be.

And that's a big land now. There's no dialogue in this movie, actually, words just word-off-people-like-fuckin'RAIN-drops I mean, what's the concept of people at play here? Harrison is old and I can CONCEIVE of the fact that he can pantomime begging forgiveness(as I cannot believe he had the emotional scope for apologizing to JOE before he left camera to do an interesting thing) from what kind of CROW he's finally got stuffed down his throat from his kids. But the real truth is that he has, like most people his age, got to be DYING OF DESPAIR stewing in nothing but RIGHT-WING political pantomimality of tough-individualism(although Ford is not Larry David or Larry Summers of Harvard or, for sure, Donald Trump with geriatric obstinacy as POLITICAL THEATRE for childrens' learning is what all these old stiches think; and, although that did cross HARRISON'S MIND, HE SAID "THERE'S NO WAY I'm leavin' that for my kids, this world wasn't always this FUCKIN' LAME")...which is sad to think it because its TRULY irredeemably true for most people Harrison's age (and he is the foil here for this thought is all I can say about dragging him a bit) because while liberal ATTITUDES are nice to transmit to your children the truth of EXISTENTIAL DREAD does pertain on what's conceivable to help prop a person up in their old-age. In this case, for Harrison, for sure it would be a HUGE MOVIE like this one and most people that don't have that to walk into at the age he's barely living at are notconceptualizable by the mainstream media, how these types of despairing people ACTUALLY RESIDE in their MINDS(AS soren Kierkegaard has told us about in his Sickness Unto Death: A Christian Psychological Exposition of Edification & Awakening, are just hidden in the world suffering daily as if nothing could ever change the fact of their forsakeness to death and decay..).

And while it is interesting to overlay the idea of the mythological DNA-cloning agenda these tech people MUST HAVE(cause nobody here in this world doesn't think cloning yourself will produce ANOTHER ****YOU)over-top of the fact of forsakenly meaningless lives that either age-out to nothing in distraction and pleasure or die in game-theorized escapades that offer the illusion of redemption from 'not-taking-risks your whole lives' or, and surely that is the real thing, their 'consciousness' will be uploaded to the server where they can keep doing that same fucking nothing for another infinity of time. WHAT COULD BE THE MEANING OF LIFE for these tech-people if living longer isn't it? Nothing that doesn't demand a shit-load of thought and deliberation on the meaning of being a SELFHOODED PERSON. Garbage dump for your worthless life is the tray you're on so, just remember, free-passes aren't handed out on a socio-logy; you got to figure it out YOURSELF and weave that risk-takin' realization into the web of the current police-state that won't let you do one fuckin' thing more than your neighbor.

Blade Runner 2021: The Riskiest Endeavor in Life is living on YOUR OWN TERMS period.
